At Kamiko, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
